Ellen Portin

The artist Ellen Portin presents herself:

My name is Ellen and I come from Nykarleby in Finland, I live in Stockholm since 2017. In 2019 I’ll get my degree in packaging design. I knew early on that I wanted to have a creative profession and I am still completely sure that I have found the right business for me. I love the first phase of a new project, find inspiration, try out different colours, get frustrated and then get back on track again.

Graphic designer has been my dream job for a long time but in recent years I have also become more and more interested in illustrations. I often use strong colours and get excited when I find new unexpected colour combinations. When I am not scrolling Pinterest or drawing I like to hang out with my boyfriend and cat and do some yoga now and then.
